• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed.

• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• A copy of your national ID or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Jeya9 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

9. Dispute Resolution Process
